Taylore Carre’s ‘Divine Balance’ system is a modern approach to physical wellness. Taylore offers a unique hybrid of work that produces profound change in the body from the very first session
‘Divine Balance’ Weekly classes offer a combination of modalities, in particular Yoga and Yamuna Body Rolling to learn how to go deeper, release and get stronger. If you are looking for a therapeutic approach to heal pain in your body it is the perfect adjunct to your Yoga, Fitness or wellness practice.
The work offers tremendous release, improves alignment, calms and awakens the nervous system, re-balances and creates strength and stability, relieves pain and stress, prevents and heals injury, improves bone quality and creates a longer, leaner, freer body.
This group class is open to all levels. The work is progressive and improvement is rapid. A full series of 5-12 classes is recommended to understand the principles and how to take the work fully into your own personal practice. All equipment is supplied for classes. If you wish to purchase any of the equipment, it is available for sale, just ask Taylore. Where comfortable close fitting clothing. Yoga mats are supplied. Eat lightly before class, bring water and be sure to drink beforehand.
All are welcome, do come join us often people feel better than they ever expected… Please note classes are limited in size. Preregistration is recommended. For drop in classes, please confirm space is available. Classes are prepaid for the period booked and must be used within each Fall 2018 series. Make ups can be made in any other weekly class within the same Fall series class schedule. If you plan to drop in, please confirm space is available in advance by emailing or calling Taylore.
