Yoga is the base from which Body Rolling was created. Using the principles of Yoga and Body Rolling we re-educate and create freedom in bodies of all ages. As areas of the body break down due to wear and tear, injury and repetitive use, this work assists in the creation of space and balance in the body resulting in new healthy movement patterns. The educational component of this course offers a proactive approach with an understanding of anatomy by following specific sequences natural to the body’s natural logic and order. Using small balls, breathing and the weight of the body it is a massage, workout and structural alignment system rolled into one. By rolling out particular bone, tendon, and muscle lines to realign the structure we create strength and ease in the Body. This is a wonderful course for people interested in removing stress of both physical tension, from fitness workouts as well as old injury patterns and the stored emotional stress of everyday life.
